When we rebranded Access Self Storage, everything came down to three little words.
Storage made simple wasn’t just a line. It was a mindset. If you could say it in three words, you should. Every sign, every label, every headline followed that rhythm.
Pack. Stack. Lock.
Stop. Store. Go.
Next stop storage.
Pack your stuff.
Here you are.
Click, click, done.
Even the boxes were three words; Small Storage Box, Medium Storage Box, Large Storage Box.

Three words felt right. Balanced. Complete. Easy to remember and easy to act on. It gave customers confidence, and gave the brand its voice, direct, friendly and human.
There’s a reason it works. The psychology behind the power of three lies in how we process information. Three is the smallest number that forms a pattern, and our brains are wired to spot patterns. We can comfortably hold around three or four pieces of information in our working memory before it starts to slip. So, messages built in threes are more satisfying, memorable and actionable.
That’s why the Access tone of voice worked so well. It made complex information simple, clear and consistent, something you could read, understand and act on in seconds.
Three little words.
All you need.
Language made simple.
