When I was 16, I could draw a bit. I liked maths. I hated physics. I played the guitar badly. And I spent most of my time making posters for gigs and school plays without realising I was doing early marketing.
Adults kept telling me it wouldn’t lead to a “proper job”.
Looking back, the clues were already there. The things you do because you can’t help yourself often become the foundations of the work you end up loving.
What did you have to overcome as a teenager to get to where you are now?
