I had many lovely birthday messages from friends and family recently. Thank you. But I thought I’d share this one from my son. I first met him when he was about to turn 11 years old. In four weeks, he’ll be 18\. Being an “Unintentional” parent isn’t the easiest of tasks, but recognition of the impact makes a big difference. And I don’t mind waiting a little longer for 12 crates of Guinness either.
