The Super League has collapsed in less than two days because the order was wrong. Fans, players and managers were treated as an afterthought.

If you forget the people who give your brand its meaning, you don’t have a brand. You have a mess.

Understand first.  
Listen to what people say.  
Announce when you know it won’t blow up in your face.
