# Confusing messages cost lives

Clear guidance is hard enough to follow. Changing it every other day is impossible.

One minute it is “stay at home”, then suddenly “go to work”, then “work from home”, then “stay alert”. No wonder people get confused. The mixed messages aren't just unclear, they shifted so often that nobody knows which version was meant to apply.

It’s a reminder that when the message changes too frequently, confidence disappears. Consistency matters. Especially when the stakes are high.
